No. the title is not taken from an MGR. The title song is a 'spoof' on the MGR song. If there is a movie by name 'chinna payale chinna payale', then it qualifies. I am sure someone will make a movie by that name

i stand corrected cheenu-- yes, susi ganesan has indeed spoofed, but since the title is name the m ovie inspired by MGR songs, the `inspiration' is very much evident?
