Who wrote the dialogues for 'Anbe Sivam'?

Cartoonist Madan. Quite a decent one for a first script!

  • Madhan wrote the dialogue for "Anbe Sivam"; the story, screenplay was by Kamal Haasan.

  • Anantha, can someone confirm if 'Anbe Sivam' was loosely based on 'Trains Planes Automobilies'? Knowing it is a Kamal film, one can be rest assured he would have flicked from somewhere!

  • Hari, thanks for pointing that out. Satheesh, I haven't seen the movie. But a cursory glance of IMDB plot of 'Planes, Trains & Automobiles' reveals that the device of a journey with an obnoxious man is the overlap.

  • i've seen that movie.. and you are right, satheesh, at least the first part...the second part is a standard feel-good holiday movie.
