ranjan has acted in a double role in 'mangamma sabatham'. TK Bhagavathi acted in double role in 'apoorva sahodharargal'. Not sure which came first

MK Radha was the first actor to star in double role - the film is 'Apoorva Sagodhargal' and it does not star TK Bhagavathi.
